Belinda is the Business principal and interior decorator – home stylist, who truly believes and has proven the advantage of property styling. With a secret passion for property styling sydney and organising all her life, she has purchased and styled many of her own properties and now surrendered to it full time!! After many years being employed as a Change Manager and Training Manager in large corporate, Belinda had two beautiful children and decided to re-qualify in interior design and start the BG Property Styling business. Belinda also shares her knowledge as a teacher in Small Business for Northern Beaches College of TAFE.  She loves to help other business owners succeed through teaching by sharing knowledge and experience. Now the BG Property Styling business is four years old and going very strong. Belinda has loved helping clients realise they can really fall in love with their property and help those purchasers love their new home.  “I want our clients to know that they will be given specialist help through transforming any property to look at its best.”  A great day at work for Belinda is “seeing our clients being amazed at the positive impact we can have. Jacqui Bracey

Jacqui’s thirst for styling started when she was first married and built her first home with her husband in Perth 1992. Not only did she build their home they also did the landscaping. They moved to Melbourne a few years later and again did extensive renovations and landscaping. Moving back to Perth 6 years later they planned and built their dream home, taking 12 months to plan and then another 12 months to build. This home was photographed and published several times in the weekend papers and local and national magazines. Jacqui has had many real estate agents and builders come to view their homes. During these years, Jacqui has helped family and friends renovate style and again landscape their homes ready for sale and also for their pleasure. Now back in Sydney after 20 odd years and once again renovating her home in Freshwater. Jacqui loves doing her day job in her spare time! Totally hooked with a passion!  

Melanie Williams

Mel began interior styling 10 years ago in London when she worked with the retail team on the Millennium dome. Once arriving back in Australia she has styled properties in Perth, Melbourne, and then Sydney. Melanie has worked with the BG Property Styling since August 2009 and has expanded and specialised her knowledge in de-cluttering, organising and styling homes for sale. As a busy mum of two, Mel understands how important it is to be organised, clutter free and in style. Mel is currently updating her qualifications in interior design to further enhance our client’s experience. She loves to create spaces that our clients love, with the best look on any budget.  Home Styling Sydney is her love!  

Susanne Mitchell

Susanne has lived in Australia for 16 years, born in the UK and with a background in Design, Photography and the Film Industry, she is a natural born property stylist. She’s a busy mother with 2 children and has managed to juggle family life through many property renovations, developing home styling in real estate for both herself and her clients. She loves her work house styling with BG Property Styling. Her creative flair, vision and knowledge is your peace of mind that your home will be organised and presented in the best possible way.
