Nothing was holding me back from taking your service. Your contact details were passed on by our real estate agent and after some deliberation I thought that some expert guidance would help and probably speed up the process. Styling is not my area of expertise so your help was gratefully received. I did find it ironic that after de-cluttering, the next step was to load the place up with designer objects (junk!). Nevertheless, I would most certainly recommend this product. I should have done the same thing when selling my house in Elanora Heights. Many thanks for your help and guidance.

After seeing Belinda at the expo and her first visit it sounded like a perfect way to move forward with their service. BG Property Styling has all the fresh ideas of what I could do to modernise the house. Having access to all the trusted tradesmen and that they were the ‘go-between’ was great – especially all the organising and what order to carry out the changes. They made my house look fabulous and no stress on my end and no organising!

There was nothing really holding me back from using the service, I didn’t know how little involvement I could really have (which is what I was after) The team did a great job in a difficult task with no assistance and very very minimal direction or assistance required. I am a business owner of a busy Physio practice and have 3 young children and I thought rather than struggle and probably get much of my intended improvements potentially misdirected or overpriced I decided on implementing a professional. I just saw the website and rang. Once I met with Belinda I knew she was the person who could really help me above and beyond what I executed initially. I was a little concerned about cost, but once the client has had an appraisal the client would see that he/she is getting value for money & that he/she does not have the expertise to do the job in the professional manner. I was daunted by the preparation of their property for sale, the sale, furniture removal, & move into my new property and found it a great relief to be relieved of this great load, (which I am experiencing just now) by a business such as yours. Nothing was holding me back from employing these services, finance generally does, but not in this case as I was given a gift voucher for the Initial Consult. I think we can all become a bit ‘house blind’ (the home version of ‘store blind’!). So the benefits have been to give me a new perspective on my home and its potential to be easier to live in – especially getting rid of that big dark rug I’d held on to for so long (10 years!!) – it made my entrance room so un-inviting before! Its made a big difference to my feelings around my home and the home office, and lightened it all up. I have also just finished changing my fence which has made a huge difference to the image of my home. I would recommend the BG Property Styling service to all people who have got a bit stuck in how they view their homes (can’t see the forest through the trees!), and maybe people who have lived in their home for longer than 5 years would be ideal.

I was very anxious about ‘the move” and hoped I would be able to find a people who were in touch with my needs as an individual and who would treat my property with care. I decided to use B.G. Property Styling after meeting Belinda at a function, she was really non invasive . It was so lovely not to be overwhelmed by a million boxes of “stuff”. Belinda and her team were calm, sensitive and totally understanding. Belinda has a great “eye” for where furniture and possessions should be placed. My house had been stuck on the market for a while and initially I thought this service would be too costly and the investment would not be made back. I was also worried that it would take too much time, and I needed to get my place sold quickly. Belinda and I worked together recently when she was hired to sort through the house of an elderly woman who had moved into an aged-care facility. The house was in serious need of a pre-sale spruce-up after many years of neglect. Working in close consultation with the family, and displaying much sensitivity, Belinda was able to make good use of her contacts to sell the extraneous furniture and ornaments on the family’s behalf. It is refreshing to get a different approach on how to present a home. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and don’t actually see what is needed and how to make things more attractive. As much as it is difficult to hear that some special treasure, just doesn’t do it anymore its welcomed advice and we have certainly acted on your suggestions. As a stay at home dad with two boys and a wife in a professional I.T Job, I can say I needed a few tips on the house keeping. Out of all the things BG Property Styling did for us, the best thing was their suggestion for me to put up a new washing line and where . It sounds simple but it something I never put a thought into. The new washing line helped take a load off the dryer, and the backlog of washing. Next would be the teaching of the habit of putting paperwork where it goes, and having a place for it. My office took some work but it was tidied up ok. We’ve moved now, and I’m managing to keep everything in its place. We got rid of a lot of junk and another good thing BG Property Styling did was to put me in touch with a seller who uses ebay. A bunch of stuff that we never used any more was turned into cash. The value is not just the home styling that BG Property Styling can help with, but it is also the house keeping systems they can help with too. Hi Belinda, thank you for inviting me to give some feedback now that we are more than half way through a large home organising job. I moved house several months ago and I have never had the time to really sort and unpack what has accumulated to being year’s worth of family etc paraphernalia. You have taken on sorting and organising with me to get through a large project as I am a busy working mother with never enough time, and meeting the basics is enough already!. I feel a depth of gratitude and must congratulate you on what I know is a very hard job requiring great skill, diplomacy, intelligence and hard physical work.
You have been brilliant in your initial contact and web design, your follow up, and also your ability to get an enormous job done by breaking it down to smaller chunks. You are very collaborative in your style and that is fantastic for me as I’m usually independent and wanting to sort my own things. In summary you bring sunshine into my home and I know when we’re finished I’ll have a fantastic home and my whole family will be happy living in a lovely environment. Belinda’s service is excellent: after the initial meeting and priority list, we went to work with a vengeance! What difference it made in my life: I joyously got rid of things I didn’t need, decluttering my life as I decluttered my home. We had a few sessions that were extremely effective, satisfying and lots of fun too. Belinda was supportive all the way, helping me take decisions when I got stuck on an item (should I keep it? where should it go? But I liiiike it!). Her advice followed me through my overseas move and I am pleased to say that I put everything in practice ‘at the other end’ and will begin my new life on the other side of the world with much less clutter than I ended the previous one. Such a shame I can’t share the results with her! Even my boys (well, two of them) have been bitten by the bug and feel uneasy when things are not ‘neat and tidy’. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thanks so much for coming at such short notice. We have been going like the clappers over the last few days – settled on the new place Friday, cleaned, moved furniture, etc etc over the weekend for photos today.
