Initial Property Visit & Verbal Appraisal If you need solutions, call us for an on-site appraisal so that we can give you our help, practical advice, suggestions and ideas for your property. You’ll get:

• Advice on how to handle all the articles in the property and where they can go
• Look at your property from a buyers / renters point of view and tell you things that the agent won’t, so you understand what a first impression of your home could be
• Explain how you can minimise your property distractions, so the buyer will focus on the great points of your property
• Always advise on the best use your furniture so you can minimise the cost of any hire pieces
• Learn how to overcome the ‘4 hurdles for sellers’ and help drive volume and traffic to your open homes

If you love the ideas (which you will!), you can upgrade to the report on the spot so you can have all the ideas written up and returned to you. Phone / Skype consultation is also available on provision of photos for review and discussion

Complete DIY package  – Investment $997.00 * “A great DIY Option”

Appraisal Report & Action Plan (Includes Package 1) This is the next step at the call out. If you are just not sure what to do but need the guide to work from and keep you on track. If you want a personalised DIY option, this is the one for you. You’ll get:

• Take photographs and notes for your report so that you can remember all our great tips.
• Write the report; add your photographs, suggestions and recommendations. We also include a personalised action plan including estimated costs, and trades/services required so you can see all the opportunities a timeline and costings.
• Deliver the report back to you to make sure you are well equipped for what you need to do – PLUS its a great tool to keep with you as you work through the project.
• You have the option to purchase our stylists services to attend the real estate photography shoot so you can have peace of mind that the styling is as best as it can be on the day at $297.00 incl. GST

You give us the go-ahead from our visit and report and you have peace of mind… whatever is required. You’ll get:

• De-clutter, organise and give you a complete stylish makeover
• Enjoy access to our tried and tested trades and services team so you don’t do any ‘running around searching’
• Arrange and coordinate trades and services quotes according to budget plan/timeline so you are in control
• Arrange colour choices from painting interior/exterior to landscaping to soft furnishing to ease the decision process
• Arrange furniture & plant hire quotes, meet and assist the hire stylists and attend deliveries so you don’t have to worry
• Meet you and your real estate agent for regular project updates so the communication is well structured
• Coordinate the order and organisation of individual trades and service providers to take the worry from your shoulders
• Constantly check on quality of work being completed
