This property is the latest project for Bernadette Janson of The School Of Renovating.  It was chosen for renovation because of its blue ribbon position, the solid double brick, suspended concrete slab construction and the pool and outdoor area that lent itself to a resort style renovation. Together with her builder, Bernadette completed an extensive structural renovation, producing a truly contemporary 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home complete with home office and open plan living with multi-fold glass doors opening the indoors up to the pool and entertaining area.

BG Property Styling contributed to the final finishes to the property — the most significant suggestion was the black gloss waterline pool tiles, a very contemporary solution to a quite dated pool.

The property has been on the market for just two weeks and has attracted a huge amount of interest having had 45  groups to inspect already!
